After processing, shipping times vary based on your location. For domestic orders within Belgium, you can expect delivery within 2-5 business days. For international orders, delivery times range from 5-15 business days, depending on your country's postal services. Please note that during peak seasons or special promotions, processing and shipping times may be slightly longer. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 8-day return policy. This means you have 8 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange, provided the products are in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details, and we will guide you through the process.
